We are seeking a skilled Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager to oversee our paid advertising efforts for an upcoming boxing event. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective ad campaigns aimed at selling tickets, reaching the right demographics, and ensuring the best return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Campaign Development: Design and implement ad campaigns tailored to promote the boxing event and drive ticket sales.
  • Target Audience Identification: Identify and target the appropriate demographics for the event, leveraging Facebook’s advanced targeting capabilities.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the advertising budget to maximize ROI while ensuring cost-effective ad spend.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor ad performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to understand audience behavior and preferences, using insights to refine future campaigns.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Ticket Sales: Number of tickets sold directly attributed to Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Audience Reach: Number of potential customers reached within the targeted demographic.
  • Engagement Rates: Level of audience interaction with the ads (e.g., likes, shares, comments).
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of ad viewers who purchase tickets.
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): Average cost incurred for each ticket sold through the campaign.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Revenue generated from the ad campaign relative to the amount spent


  • Proven experience in managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, preferably in the event promotion or sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook’s advertising platform, including audience targeting and ad optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for effective reporting and team collaboration.

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in Social Media, Marketing and Communications (Boxing/Sports experience is desirable but not required).   
  • Proven track record in copywriting with a desire to stand out when it comes to results.   
  • Highly competent in various social media management tools and latest digital tools.   
  • A drive and passion for creating stand-out boxing content that will enhance the brand.

We are looking for a talented Videographer who has prior experience in filming boxing events and the build up leading to the event. The ideal candidate should be passionate about boxing and be able to capture the intensity, key moments, and excitement of the event.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Filming: Capture pre-event activities, including training sessions, press conferences, interviews, weigh-ins, and behind-the-scenes preparations.

Event Coverage: Provide comprehensive coverage of the boxing event, including all matches, audience reactions, and key event highlights for socials.

Creative Input: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for event coverage and promotional videos.

Editing and Post-Production(Optional): Handle the editing of captured footage to create compelling videos for various social media platforms.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with social media managers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive and cohesive event coverage.

Quality Control: Ensure the final video products are of high quality and align with the event's branding and promotional goals.

Quick Turnaround Time: Deliver edited footage and highlights promptly for immediate use in social media, press releases, and other promotional channels.


  • Minimum 1-2+ years experience
  • Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in boxing events or sports.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in sports videography.
  • Proficient with video editing software and equipment.
  • Excellent understanding of boxing and ability to capture its essence in video format.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
